Ok, I just had a glance through so I don't have all the details yet. The most noticeable one is that the decoration, layout, ambient have been totally revamped, which in my opinion is much better. The lobby now looks very spacious and features 10 tables instead of 6 as previously, which is a huge improvement. They have changed the landing page and loading animation as well, nice touch.

Another improvement is that the betting interface/area has been enlarged, making it ever more convenient to play. With the old Casino, sometimes I had a little bit of difficulty in placing the bets for Tie/Big/Small for Baccarat. This now has been fixed and improved. Another good news for Baccarat player is that their route has been improved as well, which is easier to see. 

Well, the uniform has been changed and it certainly is sexier. I think they have chosen all the aces for the launch, so all the dealers today look stunning :) or maybe it's just me. Oh, and all the table selection is on one line on the left, so now to switch the table is really easy. 

Ok, the part I love the most is the Sicbo table. They have made the betting interface so much easier to play, and with a very cool animation of the dices dropping on the table and the winning bet lighted up.
